The New Jersey Supreme Court unanimously ruled that same sex couples must have access to the rights and benefits of marriage and gave the NJ Legislature six months to decide on how to make that happen.

The Voter Guide is broken down by statewide, state senate, assembly and local races. ESPA's endorsement criteria are detailed in the introductory section of the Guide.
